# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Mix rolled oats, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries or raisins, chocolate chips, salt, and cinnamon thoroughly in a large bowl.
03 - In a small saucepan on low heat, stir together honey, sunflower seed butter or tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth and warm.
04 - Pour the warmed wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix vigorously with a spatula to ensure even coating.
05 - Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Press firmly and evenly using a spoon or measuring cup to compact.
06 - Bake in the center of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
07 - Cool fully in the pan on a wire rack. Use the parchment overhang to lift out and slice into 12 bars.
08 - Place bars in an airtight container. Keep at room temperature up to 1 week, or refrigerate for extended freshness.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • No nuts means everyone& can enjoy them at school, work, or gatherings without worry.
  • The honey makes each bite irresistibly chewy and sweet, and they taste even better after a day in the jar.
02 -
  • If you skip cooling, your bars will crumble instead of staying neat—patience really pays.
  • Mixing the wet and dry thoroughly makes sure every bite binds; I& learned this after a few edge pieces fell apart.
03 -
  • Compacting the mixture firmly before baking means you& ll cut clean bars and avoid crumbles.
  • Adding vanilla at the very end of wet mixing brings out its aroma in the final result.
